For returns:

We will gladly accept returns for merchandise purchased through akesso.com and that meet the following conditions:

Merchandise was purchased from akesso.com. We cannot accept returns that were purchased from another store or website. If you need to return an item that was not purchased at akesso.com, please contact the retailer from which you made the purchase.

Merchandise must be returned in its original condition and received WITHIN 30 DAYS OF ORIGINAL PURCHASE (INVOICE DATE). Orders returned beyond this time period will not be accepted. akesso.com reserves the right to refuse worn or damaged merchandise.

Return merchandise should be packed in its original packaging (both inside akesso box and outside shipping package, if in suitable condition) with the completed packing slip found on the original invoice and returned to the address on the order invoice:

A credit for the value of the returned merchandise should appear on the original credit card used to purchase the item(s). We do not reimburse shipping charges. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. 

For exchanges:

At this time, akesso.com does not offer exchanges. We suggest you return the unwanted item(s), following the return process above, and place a new order for the replacement merchandise through akesso.com. If you need assistance please call Customer Service 866-332-1621. We will process your return immediately upon receipt and credit your account for the merchandise.

Other return information:

If we made an error on your order, contact customerservice@akesso.com and we will gladly reimburse you for your reasonable return ground shipping charge upon receipt of your merchandise. Shipping reimbursement and a credit for the cost of the returned merchandise will be issued to the original credit card used to purchase the item(s). The credit should appear on your statement within the next 1 - 2 billing cycles.

Shipping Damage: If you receive an item that was damaged during shipment, contact our Customer Service team within 10 days of delivery. Please have your order number, item number and tracking number from your original confirmation e-mail.
